Mortgage Calculator
While searching and surfing with the search engines, i found a website called widgetbox. Personally , i think this is a good and a must tool for Real Estate. Useful and easy to use.

ReplyDeleteNice gadget. However, the interest rate may change (depending on the fixed period...), so it's just for orientation...
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I think this is mortgage broker's duty, because people can be easily scared after seeing how much are they going to pay :))
